I was wondering what everybodies favorite lift was? Maybe something that you don't see many people in they gym doing. I can't decide if mine is hang cleans or squats. It's crazy how many people don't workout their legs or do explosive lifts. I've noticed some people at the gym that never did hang cleans doing them the past couple of weeks. I give myself credit to them doing them.
Pretty much anything back related... lat pulls are one of my favorite though.
I actually am about to hit the gym on my one day off a week because I had BJ's pizza last night and I been feeling guilty ever since! lol

So far mine is tricep pulls and curls. I'm low weights on both but man they fucking wear me out. Any strength training movement for me is amazing except for boring dumb bell rows, but i like those because i can use more weights than other movements.
