Is it just me?

It frustrates me horribly to watch old fat lazy people just sit on the abdominal machines @ 24 hour fitness and watch TV for 30 min on the flatscreens.

It really wouldn't bother me if there were like 10 machines, but there are 2!!!

They do like 5 reps with #10 resistance then sit there 30 min!!

Do other people feel that way about people fucking off in the gym holding you up?

Also I watched a 300+ lb woman eat 2 snickers and down a 20 oz coke on a stair master today... what is wrong with people?

Do people really think they can do 10 mins of stairs while eating junk food and expect to start losing weight or anything good to happen for that matter?

haha thats funny,get on a stairmaster, and take in 2x the calories shes probably going to burn.Whats the point?

That's why I like my gym. There are like...20 ab machines/benches/etc. It's almost impossible for all of them to be taken.

I stand right next to them and stare at them with the same dumb look that they usually have on their face at that present time.
Finally, most get the picture and retreat their fat happy assess onto the next machine!

I can't stand the fatties who get on the cardio machines and read a book.

If you can read you aren't going fast enough. If there isn't sweat pouring in your fucking eyes you aren't going fast enough. If every other thought isn't about breathing then your fat ass isn't going fast enough.

They should make a sign out of that.

Hell yea.... When I'm done with 3 miles on the eliptical, I'm covered in buckets of sweat.

you'd actually burn more calories if you'd stay in your target heart rate zone,if you cant easily speak while doing cardio as in your to out of breath to talk your going to fast.....

I'm not looking to burn calories, I'm looking for cardiovascular fitness. If you want to net out to fewer calories the smart way to do it is eat less.

I usually wait until after 9pm to go to the gym. Don't have to wait on anyone.

I just run out in the real world. Check out White Rock Lake. Great place to run and there's not many fatty's there to piss off all of you body builders.

There are no ab machines anywhere near the TV's at the 24 hour I go to. The only TV's are in the locker rooms and in front of the cardio machines.
