Bench, chest fly, incline, pushups, decline...just takes time. I actually heard there's no real advantage to decline, but it's nice to switch it up.

Diet to get rid of the fatty part. The muscle under it will then come through.

I've been using Daily Plate since Big Matt posted it up a couple of months back, and it really helps. Just seeing how many calories you consume helps you make better selections. FYI, if anyone wants to add me on LiveStrong.com i'm under KennyStang.

Another good one is dailyburn.com. There's an iPhone app for it too if you have one.

Different workouts won't hit specific parts of your pecs. It's one muscle each side (well technically two - pec major and pec minor - but you're gonna hit both at the same time) so whatever you do is basically going to have the same effect as anything else. I prefer cable cross-overs and then either DB flies or machine flies and then finish off with as many pushups and decline pushups as I can do.

Bodybuilding.com has some really good reference material on GI and calories of many foods. They have huge databases.
