Different workouts won't hit specific parts of your pecs. It's one muscle each side (well technically two - pec major and pec minor - but you're gonna hit both at the same time) so whatever you do is basically going to have the same effect as anything else. I prefer cable cross-overs and then either DB flies or machine flies and then finish off with as many pushups and decline pushups as I can do.
