Non lactose meal replacement shakes/drinks

Can anybody recommened any non lactose meal replacement shakes/drinks. I have been fighting this killer acid reflux (GERD)at night time so I am just going to stop eating past 6pm and watch what I eat during the day. Hopefully I loose weight in the process, i will be eating nothing but salads and soups

Thanks

i just grab a slice of bread in the middle of the night if it bothers me. I learned a few years back that it doesnt matter what I eat it still hurts. so I eat what I want, aside from red sauces and citrus juices. my reflux doesnt care what or how often I eat, only if I have taken my $10 pill that morning. Prevacid Solutab is the only thing that works for me.

I used to have heartburn every day. OTC prilosec pretty much eliminated it. I tried the generic omeprazole, but it's not the same.

Give me a dollar.

Eat slower and eat less, it should help.
