workout routines?

just wondering what routines people do. i want to get one together but am not sure what to do. i was looking at doing 5 days a week, and gaining weight instead of losing it since i am skinny as hell right now.

1994 split port v6 aka tha hulk- gone but not forgotten
1998 cobra aka Dark Knight - new project
1966 ford f100 aka charlie brown - restoring.

this was mine before i hurt my back. i was doing the 5x5 on it. just got back into the gym after a month off so i'm doing a 3 day split now with 3x8-10.

Monday Bicep/Forearm
Incline Dumbell Curl
Dumbell Preacher Curl
Cross Body Hammer Curl
Standing Barbell Curl
Reverse Barbell Curl
Forearm Curl
Reverse Forearm Curl

Tuesday-Chest/Shoulder
Flat Dumbell Press

id choice a day off but good work out , you goin for strength or muscle build also too many day with forearm work out, you could incorporate one day of forearsm into any other day

muscle building. even though i usually just get stronger and not much bigger. lol. its pretty hard for me to gain weight. i lost 10lbs in the last month i took off at the gym.
