Trying this again

Alright,

I did a cycle of Trn-x about a year ago. I liked the results but they could have been much better since I didn't stick to my work out regime. My current job could definitely benefit from me putting on some more mass and being a good bit stronger. Also, its time to clean up my eating habits and daily meal plans. Right now they consist of entirely too much fast food and junk. I have a TRN-X/magnadrol stack left from my order from greg about a year ago. If any of you remember, I'm in the 120-130 lb weight group. I will be hitting the gym 3 days a week starting this week. I'm looking for some help with workout plans, meal plans, and just words of encouragement to help me stick with this!

help would be more along the lines of starting out without the stack. Because once you're off, your gains are gonna seem miniscule and you will lose all motivation. If you already feel the need to use a cheater supplement when you've been out of the gym that long then you already have those gain based motivational issues. I would strongly suggest you going natural for the first while. When you gains slow or you start to plateau then the PH's will be a much greater benefit.

Beign such a low weight, i would go heavy on protein since weight gain doesn't sound like a problem for you.

Good luck man and NEVER give yourself an excuse to not workout...even if you lose 30min to an hour of sleep a day it will be worth it.

Weight gain is an issue. Well so to speak. I've not been able to put on weight since my freshman year of high school. I put on close to 20 lbs with the TRN last year. I've not changed a lb in weight since.

I did get to thinking about the stack last night, and that it would be best to start out getting into a routine and get my eating habits fixed before I started it. I've got protein supplements and some orange triad, what should I look for in the way of pre and post workout.
