Lockout and GNC order came on the same day

Looks like my kitchen is losing it's counter space to supps and protein.

Thanks again Greg.

Wow, that's some damn good service. What all did you get?

I've been looking at getting some stuff too. What would you suggest for a fat guy to help him lose some weight? I need a meal replacement shake too.

Shrimp'n ain't easy....

Greg can't get me my ABB Extreme Body 50 shakes. We've discussed it, and he lets me slide!

Steve, I really like this ABB, Extreme Body 50, but it's about 2 bucks a can, but the taste can't be beat. 240 calories, 50g protein, 5g net carbs, only 3g sugar.

To mix up your own, i'd look at the Optimum Nutrition stuff, it's cheaper and pretty decent. Just depends on what you want. I like to keep my protein drinks relatively low on carbs, that way i can get my carbs from low glycemic stuff like brown or long grain rice, 100 percent whole wheat breads, etc.

I'm hoping by Christmas to see 225ish

Good luck on your goals bro. I'm also shooting for around that weight by Jan 1. I'm just now getting serious trying to learn as much as I can about all these supplements and getting clean in my diet.

That drink sounds great, only 240 calories, but 50g or protein?! That's cool. You can't get that from eating a small lunch! Definetly gonna order some of that.

yeah, i've been spending some time trying to figure out what does and what doesn't work... for me.

I also have one of my best friends, who really likes to read up on weight lifting, muscle growth and diet. So it's nice to toss ideas around with someone I definately trust.

Matt, what was that supp you were chatting me up about the other day, and what exactly does it do? Your dailyplate.com thread, as well as my scale, is getting me wanting to get serious about this.

Damn Matt, I didn't realize how much of a long way you've come. On the subject of the ABB Extreme Body 50 shakes, are you taking those as a meal replacement or for protein?

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

I tried finding that on Greg's site yesterday as I figured that was what you were talking about, but wasn't completely sure.

both

meal replacements are protein for me.

50% of my diet is protein, I was taking them after workout, but I decided I like the Monster Milk with everything it has right after workout, with something that has a little sugar in it for the insulin spike right after.

Just trying to make sure the doc doesn't have a reason to scrape my colon with his finger.

And I don't get enough fiber in my diet.
