Yeah, i hit a plateau at about 300lbs. I was still dropping weight but very very slowly. All i did was cut cheese totally out of my diet, start with all wheat bread, and started taking a very low agressive supplement (Acai Burn Extreme) i got free from a site. I also lengthened my workouts 30 min, and now I'm dropping about 4-5 lbs a week again like i was when i first started @ 370 lbs.
I'm looking for before pics, but i really was very camera shy after i gained 140 lbs but i know my dad may have some i can find i'll post.
