@ 100 lbs weight loss!

been about 7 months now and feeling great!

Its been all free weights, but now I'm going to start running 3days a week. I've never really ran before to lose weight. I will prolly be in the news for heat stroke.

Yeah, i hit a plateau at about 300lbs. I was still dropping weight but very very slowly. All i did was cut cheese totally out of my diet, start with all wheat bread, and started taking a very low agressive supplement (Acai Burn Extreme) i got free from a site. I also lengthened my workouts 30 min, and now I'm dropping about 4-5 lbs a week again like i was when i first started @ 370 lbs.

I'm looking for before pics, but i really was very camera shy after i gained 140 lbs but i know my dad may have some i can find i'll post.

You have to have some from the early old lake days when you first got the boat, hell I'm sure you posted some back then.

again, congrats man. 370 is a big dude.

I was up close to 350, and I'm 6'4, so I know. I'm down to low 260s right now, really hoping to cross that 240 mark soon, then stay there, while building more muscle.

Props for your dedication and hard work man.

HAH yeah! But i was FAT before the lake, got the boat and lost the weight the 1st time. Then sold the boat and gained the weight back lol. So if i post a lake pic i will be skinny-ish in it. I know my dad took one of me and my 2 lil bros and i know i was about 350 in it. That's the one i want you to see.(1200 lbs with all 3 of us)Hell just my drivers licence i've prolly lost 5 lbs off my face! lol..
