Acceptable protein source while cycling
Would chicken gizzards be an acceptable source of protein? If I cook the whole package, 1.5lbs, it should be about 120g. After being cooked in a pan with a little bit of canola in the bottom and seasoned up, is any of the protein cooked out of the chicken? I know nothing about cooking chicken. So is this a good source? I usually eat breasts, but gizzards are a lot less expensive.
