Congrats guys...

Matt, overall 60 pounds? That's awesome man.

I'm going to start concentrating on my diet and going down the path of being healthy. Very tired of all my clothes being snug on my handles of love.

Congratulations guys! I will post "after" pics... I'm just not quite ready yet. I need to stick with what I've been doing this week for the next several weeks and then I'll be ready. I should have been doing this all along... but better late than never, right?!

I would agree...

Even if you didn't see great differences during the competition, learning what you need to do for the future is huge right there.

Unfortuntely for you guys, ya'll are going to see more of me in this here forum.

Thanks Greg for putting this on and congrats to everyone who finished.

Kinda crazy how "tits" your diet really has to be to get down to single digit body fat. I've ate cleaner than I ever did before and from day 1 to month 1, I noticed the biggest drop in body fat, but then it got hard. Sure, I ate clean, but my diet wasn't dead on. If it were, I think I'd have gotten better results. I'm certainly stronger than I've ever been right now - so I'm definitely happy with my results. Now to regroup on diet and see what I can't accomplish over the next couple months.
