Late Night Snack?

What is a late night snack that won't ruin my diet? I usually have a couple of cookies, but figure that those are off limits. I had a peanut butter and honey sammich (on whole grain bread) last night, but thought that was way too many carbs to be putting in me just a couple of hours before bed time.

Before you tell me not to eat anything -- sorry, it's a habit that cannot be broken.

Fiber one bars make a good snack for me. Good for gas as well.

As in, good for giving, or good for taking away? I might try it if it gave me gas...

I've been having a protein shake and if not that, then I'll munch on some salt free dried fruit trail mix...like the Sam's Choice stuff that comes from Walmart. Don't know if that's healthy or not, but it could be worse and it hits the spot.

iso-pure protien shake or those adkins indulge candy bars found at walmart are awesome. they taste like you are cheating. or just get some of those cheater pills and really cheat.

Brown rice, sweet potato, or sometimes whole wheat bread. Gotta have the carbs ready to go for early morning workouts

Strawberries,
blueberries,
blackberries,
50g of protein mix,
two egg whites,
zero fat organic yogart,
acai juice,
mangosteen juice,
some organic zero fat milk,
and ice.

My shakes end up being 70-100oz's per night.
Yes, this is my snack.
