My results with Diet Fuel ( makers of ripped fuel )

I used it and lost a good 10 pounds. It narrowed me out a lot more in the hips section. I also only took 6 a day compared to the 9 it says to take ( 3 when you wake up, 3 before lunch, 3 before workout/dinner ). I also drank lots of water for 3 weeks and I came out pretty good. The only workouts I really got was working on the car. Pretty good stuff, it made me fuel of energy for about 4 days on starting it wore off. The energy was there but not the Jitterness. I would recommend it to someone. It also seem to supress my diet as well but I still ate 2 meals a days ( which is my normal diet, lunch and dinner).

If you're wanting to loose weight, the best way is to eat more than twice a day. Breakfast is a good way to get your metabolism going in the morning. You need to be eating snacks in between meals. It's hard for me to do that from breakfast until my late lunch because of school. As soon as I'm out of school for the summer, I won't have a chance to do that either because, most likely, I'll be sleeping in until 12.

She's right. Your body take what it thinks it needs out of each meal. When you give it fewer meals, it'll take in more of everything (good or bad). Most of today's meals contain mostly fat and bad cholesterol. Now, something like 5 small meals would abalance your body's intake, taking in less overall. Not to mention, you won't get hungry as much. I used to eat only when I got hungry and sleep only when I was tired. It's better to have your body on a schedule.

Damn girl, where'd you get all that knowlege from?!

As for sleeping in, that's fine, you're just on a later schedule and still have a full day to eat the meals in because you'll be up later as well. ECA is a supplement, not a replacement. Proper nutrition is a must to lose and keep off un-wanted body fat.
