Congrats man! I haven't made quite the progress you have, but I went from 40s to 34s in the last year, with 34s becoming loose now. I haven't been able to get into 34s since the 90s.
I don't know how to post stuff side by side, but once I put my pics up, if someone would do it for me, that'd be great. Also, I'll try to get the same pics, but the poses may slightly different because I had to take my own pics the first time and couldn't really get the poses I wanted. I'll have someone taking them for me this morning. Pics will be up later today.
Meh, I started to take some this morning after the gym but I really don't look any different than I did. I dropped about 16 lbs. but I am still fat as hell and could drop another 20 more. lol
i've moved since those pictures were taken, i can try to take a picture in similar lighting, but it wont be in the same place (unless i can convience the landlord to let me back in for one last shot ). is it okay if we just try to imitate the originals?
Starting weight 236 final weight 219.5. i didnt get down as far as i wanted to.

Even though I haven't participated in the last two contests, the first one got me to start working out on a regular basis. The second one got me motivated to loose fat. Starting on this competition I weighed in at 261lbs. I now weigh 237, but can bench well past my heaviest body weight. I need to loose maybe another 30lbs and I'll be slap happy.
To whomever had this idea, thanks.
Mine are coming, just waiting for my buddy to send them from his camera (my camera got crushed by my office chair last week ), I think they came out pretty nice though, I tried to get some similar lighting as my last ones.
Oh, and I weighed in today at 204bs, down from 231 , I feel pretty good about it since I got hurt (torn rotator) on March 23rd and was out of the gym completely for 2 weeks. Since then I havent been able to do any of my compound lifts (deads, squats, etc). My orginal plan was to just lean bulk and try to up my strength, but then around mid-April I decided to focus on cutting some fat, even if I dont win I am really happy about the end product. Now it's time to really start the lean bulk!
Well, I can post the originals straight from the camera (all I did was resize and flip them so they are going the right direction). I am sure some of the computer guru's can get the date from it (yesterday morning). Worst case I can take some more, but it'd probably have to be Monday afternoon before I could get to use his digi cam again. I was just going off what everyone else was doing with their pictures. Let me know if this is going to be a big problem because I'll try to figure something out.
Added a dated picture from this morning to verify date, I took in about 200g's of carbs last night for a carb load (figured I was done with my pictures ), so I am sure I look a bit softer, but either way, you can check them out (sorry for the crappy I-phone pic btw).
Matt, after seeing you this weekend in person, you look great!!! Congrats again.
