I posted some. But when I posted the pics it said that I could only post 10 [IMG] images. So I just deleted a few originals that I didn't need. I am happy with the results but I would like to lose 15 or so more lbs and tone up more.

But on a side note, I just bought my first pair of size 36 jeans, since Jr high?

Congrats man! I haven't made quite the progress you have, but I went from 40s to 34s in the last year, with 34s becoming loose now. I haven't been able to get into 34s since the 90s.

I don't know how to post stuff side by side, but once I put my pics up, if someone would do it for me, that'd be great. Also, I'll try to get the same pics, but the poses may slightly different because I had to take my own pics the first time and couldn't really get the poses I wanted. I'll have someone taking them for me this morning. Pics will be up later today.

Damn Matt, that's awesome. We're wearing the same size at the moment, and ironically, I was in 38's back in junior high...

It's ideal to get pictures in the exact same lighting, if possible the exact same room, if possible the exact same distance you were standing from the mirror/camera.

If you PM me once you get the pics up i'll throw them in PhotoShop and can assist with side by side. If the pictures are very similar, other than you changing, I could try an overlay or something.

Genetics are a bitch. At 5'10" I wear a 34/32 at single digit bodyfat. No "V" for me.

You can say that again, as my genetics are terrible.

Low squats, slow hacks, and very heavy lunges have really brought my V out.
I used to NEVER have one and finally, it's starting to come my way around!

I don't think that anyone with your natural build has a right to bitch about genetics, but I suppose it's all relative. I'm sure there are shrimps out there that would consider me "blessed". See the post above this one.

Even though I haven't participated in the last two contests, the first one got me to start working out on a regular basis. The second one got me motivated to loose fat. Starting on this competition I weighed in at 261lbs. I now weigh 237, but can bench well past my heaviest body weight. I need to loose maybe another 30lbs and I'll be slap happy.
To whomever had this idea, thanks.

Mine are coming, just waiting for my buddy to send them from his camera (my camera got crushed by my office chair last week ), I think they came out pretty nice though, I tried to get some similar lighting as my last ones.

Oh, and I weighed in today at 204bs, down from 231 , I feel pretty good about it since I got hurt (torn rotator) on March 23rd and was out of the gym completely for 2 weeks. Since then I havent been able to do any of my compound lifts (deads, squats, etc). My orginal plan was to just lean bulk and try to up my strength, but then around mid-April I decided to focus on cutting some fat, even if I dont win I am really happy about the end product. Now it's time to really start the lean bulk!

Before (231lbs)

After (204lbs)

Took this one this morning to add the date, I carb loaded like a bia bia last night so I probably look a bit softer today, but oh well, wanted everyone to know that these were recent.

Well, I can post the originals straight from the camera (all I did was resize and flip them so they are going the right direction). I am sure some of the computer guru's can get the date from it (yesterday morning). Worst case I can take some more, but it'd probably have to be Monday afternoon before I could get to use his digi cam again. I was just going off what everyone else was doing with their pictures. Let me know if this is going to be a big problem because I'll try to figure something out.

I dont doubt you bro, just want everyone to think it's fair. You dont have to take them all again. Just one with a date with it.

Added a dated picture from this morning to verify date, I took in about 200g's of carbs last night for a carb load (figured I was done with my pictures ), so I am sure I look a bit softer, but either way, you can check them out (sorry for the crappy I-phone pic btw).

I'm in the same position. I lost around 13 total, but can't tell much of a change. I Most of my weight loss came from last year.
