Last two weeks have not been good...excuses I know but uncle in ICU and trips to Illinois for the great grandmother have gotten me off track. Back to the gym 6 days a week today and towards my long term goal. Don't care as much about this contest as I do about being healthy for me and my life especially seeing what my uncle and grandma is going through right now.

I'm sorry to hear that Nate and I hope things get better for you and your family.
I have been ripping it up 7 days a week in the gym, eating like no other.
Just spent $700+ on protein alone!
See you at Genghis Grill soon homey!
I love eating there for FREE now!!!

If you weren't playing with the kittens on the farm, then you could have made time to pump some iron!

I get two bowls at Genghis Grill:
I fill half full of each with chicken, some skrimp, a bit of marinated beef,
then a tad bit of vegs, with a bit of sea salt, black pepper,
and red pepper with Mongolian BBQ.
I get brown rice as my side and always get it to go.

As for Chipotle:
I get 3 burritos with chicken and extra chicken, white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, and a bit of hot salsa on the side.

I don't eat Chipotle near as much as I used to.

I was up 3 lbs this week. Started the contest in the low 190s. Then went on weight gainer and went up to 200. Got off the gainer and have hovered around 194-197 the last week or so. I've made impressive gains (to me at least), but just frustrated that I can't get cut. Well, I could, but I aint' doin' it right. I try to eat at home all the time, but if I get caught offguard, I've been having a chargrilled chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A. Guess I need to start getting a little color now so I don't look so pasty for my 'after' pics.

I'm not winning this thing. Too much time on the road for a good portion of it, but whateva.

Slider and I hit my favorite 13% grade hill on the way back from a 20 mile ride this evening. Heh heh I think next time I'll just hang out and do some repeats on it.
Off to lift now.

it's too bad my lazy ass couldn't find a camera to borrow and get in on this. I'm down 33lbs, started at 205 and as of this morning i weighed 172. If i could just get this little bit of gut gone from around the belly button i'd be happy. Then i would start trying the process of building more muscle.
