Getting Back at it....

Ok well i have started trying to get back into shape... well i was working to jobs and no time for the gym or anything.... but no im back to one... i am taking hydroxy cut hardcore... and eating pretty good... i take in bout less than 2000 calories a day and i have lost bout 7 pounds in 7 days... i weigh right now at 163 and i am 5 7 i do alot of abs and bowflex work outs... what weight should i be walking around at.... i wouldnt say i am fat but have a small gut... and i am eating all the low fat tv dinners and stuff... cuz i dont like to cook that much cuz i have to eat it for days is there anything bad bout eating those... im wanting to looked ripped... and suggestions or questions...

You need to get off the Hydroxycut ASAP. Here's why:

If you want to lose weight fast, then do AT LEAST 30 minutes of good, hard cardio everyday and eat a good diet. Cardio coupled with lifting will get you in shape and toned pretty quickly. The main idea is a good diet though. Those "magic diet pills" are stupid.

yeah they take weight off thats for sure... im limited to the work out due to disabilty i have celbral palse.... but are those tv dinners bad.... will they work.... i mean i take 1500 to 2000 callories a day thats it...

Lol... Work out to get ripped and stop being lazy. A pill will not make you ripped. If you're still losing weight then you should not be worried about supplements. Worry about pills when you plateau to help you see more losses.

Low cal/fat TV dinners are a better alternative to eating like shit but they are still high in sodium and have their issues. I usually bring one to school and nuke it when I don't really have another choice. Grilling chicken and veggies is a lot cheaper and better for you though if that's possible.

ok i will start doing the chicken thing... how much sodium is to much a day.... just curious and i do work out hard and alot....
