Question for the DL guys
I was watching some DL vids and noticed alot of the ppl just basically Drop it at the top, and basically focus on the Lift part and not the put back down part.
i have been doing slow/controlled up and down and find the down is where it is hardest for me to keep my lower back dead straight.
am i doing it wrong? should i just slam it into the ground when done with a rep and start the next rep? or stuck with a much more controlled down motion like im doing now?
Pain, is weakness leaving the body.
