KFC Grilled Chicken

Have any of you tried this stuff?
I have been addicted ever since first trying it.
So far in three days, I've been through 3 buckets(10 breasts in the first bucket and 6 breasts in the other two).
I got me some more just now and can't wait to dig in!

It's like KFC just gave me the best christmas present ever!!!

Grilled Chicken breast(119 gram serving size):

180 calories
4 grams of total fat
1 gram of sat fat
0 carbs
35 grams of protein

Most likely that includes eating the skin(which I never do).

And P.S. - No, I didn't just get a job for them!

Most of the sodium, cholesterol, and fat are contained in or on the skin.
Hence why I don’t eat it smart guy.

No worries though...I just ordered 10lbs of beef jerky to make up for my lack of sodium intake.

Facts are facts:

Popeye's Naked Chicken Strips(3)(118 gram serving size):

220 calories
10 grams of total fat
4 grams of sat fat

0 carbs
30 grams of protein

I guess I will mention sodium intake this time as well... 720mg.
The KFC grilled chicken has 440mg per serving.

I honestly have never tried these, so I have no idea about the taste.
I can eat 20-30 strips at a time, so that fat content really adds up quickly!

I agree, hence why I highlighted the fat content.
Pretty much the only fat contained in a chicken breast is found in the skin(or what it is fried in).

If I ever do give in and eat fried chicken strips, it is only from Chick-fil-a.
Mainly, due to the taste and the fact that they fry their chicken in peanut oil.

Here are some further facts(not the healthiest, but we all gotta cheat in a bit!):

Chick-fil-a Chicken Strips(2)(108 gram serving size):

230 calories
11 grams of total fat
2 grams of sat fat
11 grams of carbs
22 grams of protein

Had me some last night. I don't remember much about it because I was too busy being drunk as shit and throwing up all over myself, but I do remember that I thought it tasted good. Thought about picking some up for lunch today, but grabbed some sushi instead.

Now that's more like it!
I ended up with a 6 piece of breasts and 3 grilled chicken soft tacos from taco hell.

I am cooking this now though...

so i tried a 2 piece dark kfc grilled chicken yesterday.
got a biscuit, mashed potatoes + gravy, and corn on the cob.

for $3.99 not bad at all, and especially for a fast food place, but based off this thread you would think they reinvented grilled chicken.

try charo chicken or cowboy chicken, for a bit more $ its substantially better chicken.

Thanks for the references, but neither one of those will work for me.

According to the website, all of the Charo Chickens are located in California bro.
http://www.charochicken.com/locations.php

All of the Cowboy Chickens are located in Dallas(way too far for me).

With the way I eat chicken(I ate 34 breasts just from KFC last week), I need to buy me some stock!

LOL, something sad is...That is just from KFC!

I still eat chicken that I cook daily for lunch,
eat Ghenghis Grill pretty often,
and sometimes hit up 3 Chipotle double chicken burritos for a snack.

I am located in Hurst(it's kinda by Arlington).

I have often wondered if God will reincarnate me as a chicken in my next lifetime, lol.

Whenever I get sick of chicken, I like to switch over to fish or turkey.
Maybe even throw in a couple sirloins.
There are way too many flavors in this world to not spicen it up a bit.
I NEVER eat chicken plain anymore(that shyt is for the birds!).

I have been wanting to try out that place too...just not sure I wanna pay the $50 cover charge!

LOL, I have no clue and 34 breasts was just my dinner for those days.

And yes, I still bring about 1-2lbs of chicken to lunch everyday, along with snacks
(beef jerky, fruit, smoked turkey rolls that I make, protein drinks, etc...).

I do get bloated from the amount of intake, almost like I'm pregnant
whenever I hit the sack(usually I'm at my fullest state at that point),
but when I wake up, I'm starving and ready to eat again!

I am down to about 12-14% bodyfat now and sitting at 233lbs again.

No worries bro.
I have always been(what I consider) fat my entire lifetime and I am just now really thinning out.

I just ate me a half lb. of beef jerky, a turkey roll,
and now I'm about to enjoy four smoked BBQ chicken breasts, some brocolli, and brown rice.

Whenever I get through training today,
I'm off to KFC for another 6 breasts, and 3 chicken soft tacos.
I never really get full from this amount of food, so I drink a 60oz protein fruit smoothie and finally just pass out.

Starvation is not the key to weight loss, and I can't seem to really come to grip with a little word called moderation either.

Is it just me, or was this chicken really greasy/oily when you guys had it?

What I got looked nothing like they have on the commercials lol They look like skinless, seasoned, very nicely cooked pieces of healthy chicken. Mine was soggy & very oily and the skin (which I don't eat anyway) was just as soggy as the chicken itself. I'll try it again, but not from the KFC on Blue Mound.

It might be hard for you to swallow that pill, but there are lots of 4 bangers that run 13s and better. SRT-4 Neons, Cobalt SS's, Saturn Sky Redline's and Evo's do it all the time.

I get buckets of 6 and buckets of 10 all the time at the one in Hurst.
I do know what Opera did, so that might have changed things a bit within the last couple of days.

As for the oil, that is from the fat coming off the skin.
It is what keeps this chicken so moist.
It's just juice, this chicken is not very fattening(if that is what you are implying).

Mine was just soggy, I'll have to try it again. I'd much rather prefer some boneless, skinless breasts

Yours didn't have the skin on it? Or are you saying it would have been better without the skin?
