Diet on off days

Just wondering what your diet looks like for off days. Im eating 6 meals a day everyday, but Im thinking of cutting back on off days.

0700: Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat
0930: Chicken and rice
1200: Chicken sandwich
0300: Post workout shake
0600: Dinner (meat and veggies)
0900: Protein shake

Might have to up the food on workout days..not sure Im eating enough.

Depends on what your trying to accomplish. Lose weight? Stay fit? Gain muscle?
My diet is monday thru friday and my off days are saturday and sunday. Im trying to gain muscle.
No matter what your goal is..... Drink lots of water and stay away from sodas..

My off days go to shit. I stay very diligent most of the time otherwise, unless Sean tells me about Chicken Express. Next thing you know I'm crying in my gravy, and stuffing my face.

I'm down in the lower 180's now from 225, so I'm doing something right. My abs and legs are looking much better.

My goal is to stay in shape and good general health so that when I can dedicate my time to focus on building muscle I'll have a decent foundation.
