I'm still making progress strength- wise and even mass-wise, but unless I can get cut, it's just not that noticeable. It's not a major accomplishment because I started from nothing, but I've increased my bench 110 lbs - from 65 to 175. I started with a bar (45lb) and a 10 on each side and was real wobbly my first time out. I was on a different bench yesterday with a heavy bar (55lb), 45, 10, and 5lb plates on each side. I got it 3x and failed on the 4th. This is the most I've ever been able to bench. I would like to see if I can hit 200 just 1 time by the time this contest is over. With dumbbells, I was pressing 20s when I started. I was able to do 60s 6x yesterday...without failure. Went from being able to tri press 45lb up to 120 x10 yesterday. I've been working my core good. Went from not being able to complete 15 situps to 75 situps nonstop. I can feel I've got a wall of muscle now below my gut. So the strength/muscle is there and gaining and I've got a good diet, but not perfect. Even though I'm not cut, I'm definitely in the best shape of my life at this point. So I'll take that.
