Down to 252 this morning... That's 22 pounds, and about to cross the 250 barrier for the first time in ..... ever?

I'm at 193, down about 15 total. I still need to up cardio but have been very tight on my diet.

Thats badass man!! You take before pics? Ive gone from 270 to 240 in about 10-11 weeks.

Goal was to hit 235 before my wedding may 9th Want to be at 215-225 by the end of summer but thats going to be HARD.

I did the stairmill on Saturday for 25 minutes then back and biceps and ran 3.5 miles.

Yesterday I ran 5.4 miles, did shoulders and some leg work.

I've been on the road a lot lately which sucks for these competitions... but I should be in town for the next 4 weeks *crosses fingers*

I'm averaging around 70 miles/week on the bike. Weak shit, but I just haven't had the time Haven't actually run in a few weeks.
Not losing much strength, as I'm still knocking out at least 100's w/o a spot on dumbbell bench. (depending on how much I've slept LOL). That seems to be my status-marker lift.


Rode a quick 17 miles after work today and then hit a decent leg workout on about 5 hrs of sleep last night. Goodnight.

I've kept off the initial 15lb I lost, but my ankle has been giving me problems, to the point that cardio can't be done. Strength is still slowly coming back, but I'm a bit dissapointed in my leg slowness to heal. I'll have the fat off by the end of the summer, but not quite in time for the finish of this thing.
