I did in fact go under 200lbs down to my mid 190's. I've changed diet substantially but still need to up cardio.

Nothing new here. I ate like hell this weekend. Kind of needed the calories though. I did the Ouachita Challenge this weekend...a 60 mile mountain bike ride up in the Ouachita Mountains in Arkansas. The night before the ride, I had a Med pizza to myself. That's one flippin way to carb load. Haven't been to the gym since Wed.
im probably gonna have to sit this out after my rotator cuff tear, we'll see what my trainer thinks about me going on a total cutting diet, but i dont want to sacrfice more muscle then it is worth, i am just obsessive and without lifting heavy weights i'll probably take the cutting thing too serious.
