What do you want to know about it?

Does it work? Heck yea!

Does it require hard work and time invested? You betcha! Look at committing 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hrs a day, 6 days a week to fully perform the program.

I have P90X but I only do the 45 minute Cardio X and 16 minute AbRipperX. In addition to those 2 dvds, I jog about 12 minutes a day. With that and an adjusted diet I have lost 24 lbs since early January.

its a killer routine but its hard to stay motivated watching a video to workout by yourself. i still to the ab ripper everyother day as well as go to the gym.

I hate p90x because I'm not a fan of anything that restricts you to working out in front of your TV.

you can get the schedule and planner online through pdf off of some random websites. It does work but I just got burnt out on it at home . I like smashing weights, with this you rarely touch a weight thats worth mentioning. The only really cool thing I gained out of it was the ability to do more chin ups.

Are you still doing this? How much did you pay for it?

Im looking for something i can do at home when the little one comes. You see the results on TV but most of the time that shit is staged. I figure i will need to lose about 10-15 lbs after the baby is born. So im trying to find something easy to do at home while knocks off the pounds quickly.

I have the older Power 90 and it'll wear you out. A friend lost quite a bit of weight using P90X.
