what in the hell...

The last two days I've been more sore than I can remember in ages. And I honestly have no idea why. I moved a 100lb computer to and from a location, but I've done that many times and never had any issue. It all stems from my upper abdominal and obliques. Even when I'm working out I don't get a burn like this, and for two freakin days!

You're out of shape. You moved a large object that strained your muscles and they are sore from actually being used in a strenuous manner. Lifting with it close to your chest is what got a hold of your upper abs, and a twisting motion got the obliques.

To quote Arnold, "Get to the Chym!!!!!!"

Just stretch it out for a few minutes every few hours. Do some broom handle twists, but slowly and focus on the stretch when you get to the extreme end of the movement. If you get some blood flowing into those muscles, they will heal up faster.
