low low carb diet?
ive started my cutting diet and im trying a new one!
its basically high protein (about 1- 1 1/2 gram per pound), moderate fat (about 1/2 g per lb) and low low carbs (no direct sources of carbs)!
basically putting the brain into ketosis (it uses ketone bodies for energy-- fats)
any one tryed this kind of diet and how effective was it?
