been working out for almost 10weeks now. If i weigh in the morning after i pee, it'll read 180, that's 25lbs lost. If i wait until after i eat some, it reads 183 this week. Either way i'm happy with myself so far. Haven't done any running in about 2weeks, so i'm guessing that or upping the weights have slowed down the numbers lowering.
But the most important thing is, that ALL of my jeans are fitting now and i wore a shirt last week that i haven't been able to wear (at least without my gut sticking out) for about 5yrs.
i now wonder why i waited so long to do this shit. The best part is that eating right has been by far the easiest thing.
