I wish I would've gotten in on this. Although, I didn't decide to stop drinking and workout more up until about 2 weeks ago. I've lost 6 lbs and definitely seeing some muscle build up. My back is sore as hell right now, and I did my back on Tuesday. Maybe it was the hang cleans that I did thursday though. I dunno.

havn't weighed myself in about 2 weeks but I went "shopping" and i am 1 pant size down and i see my belly is going along with my sides. My legs are showing more deff. aswell as my arms. Im doing good!

Nothing to report this week. Had a work week in a different location and it kind of threw off my eating schedule. Still hit the gym though. I dont know that the hard gainer is helping my arms, but I think all the calories did go to the gut a little. I've got another week or two on it though before I head back to the leaner Syntha 6.

Definitely making some progress in my running. Not so much in strength training. That's my weakness. And eating well, too. I haven't dropped any weight on the scale, but I am fitting into some jeans that didn't fit me a few months ago.

although it probably belongs in this week's post, but that's still a few days away.

First time under 260 in 15+ years probably. I think the lowest I've ever been is 260.

Weighed in today at 259.5 - 14.5 pounds so far since the start of the contest. Feeling good, hoping to be in the 230-240 range by the end of this thing.

been working out for almost 10weeks now. If i weigh in the morning after i pee, it'll read 180, that's 25lbs lost. If i wait until after i eat some, it reads 183 this week. Either way i'm happy with myself so far. Haven't done any running in about 2weeks, so i'm guessing that or upping the weights have slowed down the numbers lowering.


But the most important thing is, that ALL of my jeans are fitting now and i wore a shirt last week that i haven't been able to wear (at least without my gut sticking out) for about 5yrs.


i now wonder why i waited so long to do this shit. The best part is that eating right has been by far the easiest thing.
