losing weight without cardio
or little cardio being done. Don't get me wrong, i don't want to stop running, that's what has got me to where i am now. But until i get this damn treadmill fixed or buy another one, i doubt i'll be doing much cardio.
So, is it still possible to lose weight (inches off my waist) without doing much cardio? My diet is pretty damn good, i don't usually eat what i'm not suppose to and i hardly ever eat too much of anything. I've started to increase the amount of weight and the different workouts with weights that i'm doing.
i got this feeling that i already know this answer. All i have left is this little space below my belly button that i need gone and my gut will be flat like i want it. I'm sure it'll take cardio alone for it to be gone.
once i get this off, then i'll start to focus on bigger muscles, woohoo
