when's gym time?

when does everyone go to the gym? whats your daily routine usually look like?

My whipped ice dairy drink brings the attention of females to my place of residence and/or employment, and it far surpasses that of yours. Absolutely, it surpasses yours. I can convey to you this recipe, but I have to demand compensation.

Weekdays: If I get to bed at a decent time I might get up and run. Work 8-5, come home, jump on the bike by 530, then hit the gym around 730 or 8pm.

I think I'm going to start working out over lunch though. Get to work a little early or stay a little late, take a 90min lunch to go lift then ride/run in the evening.

Weekends: Usually don't lift. Long ride on Saturday morning, rest Sunday.

8PM normally. I wish I could regularly get there earlier, as I hate the 6-8 crowd

It depnds on how my lifting is going... I am doing a regimen that basically calls for hitting each muscle group twice within 7-8 days. Once I feel the "overtrain" coming on, I'll immediately break for 2 days. Example:
M: 430p W: 430p Th: 6p Sat: 12noon Sun: 2p W: 430p etc...

I'm on a similar program except I train M T Th F, that way I always get the two day break in a given week.

Since im on a heavy stage the lifts work like this for me.

Mon- heavy chest day, decline heavy pyamids on weights and sets- 7-9
rest tues
Wed-Shoulder, close grip bench, push press, heavy pyamids on weight and sets- 7-9
rest thurs
Friday- Back day, heavy dead lift, bicep work, all back pulls, 7-8:30

lift either sat or sun depends how bad i hurt hahha.......usually at the house or GYM- Legs

works for me you grow when you rest, and hit the gym with high intesty get double the results.

ab work at the end of all workouts.......plus try hit cardio on rest days.

Go to the gym from 8:00pm to 10:00pm Mon thru Friday.
Have a different routine every night, and never work the same muscles 2 nights in a row.
Have been on the routine for 5 weeks and it's working great.
