Since im on a heavy stage the lifts work like this for me.
Mon- heavy chest day, decline heavy pyamids on weights and sets- 7-9
Wed-Shoulder, close grip bench,push press, heavy pyamids on weight and sets- 7-9
Friday- Back day, heavy dead lift, bicep work, all back pulls, 7-8:30
lift either sat or sun depends how bad i hurt hahha.......usually at the house or GYM- Legs
works for me you grow when you rest, and hit the gym with high intesty get double the results.
ab work at the end of all workouts.......plus try hit cardio on rest days.
