Down 11 pounds, cranking up the time in the gym over the next few weeks. Should be in the 240s by the end of this thing afterall.

I ran 2.75 miles on Friday, 3.5 miles on Saturday and 3.6 on Sunday. I can tell I am getting a little lighter on my feet. Strength seems to be holding steady.

i am hoping this week will really get it going for me. i have been eating better but havent found much time to work out alot. this week is spring break so i am gonna go to the gym every day this week. as soon as i see a little progress i know i will be at it hard core again.

Hun you have to stop partying to see progress. Substituting good food for a shit load of alcohol is not going to get you anywhere.

Last week was ok. My workouts are going well, but my eating still sucks. I ate like shit this past week. Hopefully I'll get back on track starting today....

Not much difference from the prior week. I may post up a photo in the next day or two. I can tell my arms are fuller (finally get past the cap guns to some BBs), but I can't really "see" must of a difference. The before and current photo might help me "see" though.

I'm a bit proud of the progress I've made, hell when I started 2 months ago I couldn't do 20 push ups without stopping and couldn't do a single pull up.

Did 38 in a min (pushups) and a few pull up's last week for the first time ever. I'm still a fat ass but i'm getting there slowly. It's a marathon not a sprint and I just have to keep plugging away.

Not sure if you can tell much difference in the photos or not. I really need to have someone else take pics for me. I know my arms are more full, but I don't think you can see that in the photos at all. I have slimmed up a bit.

I took muffrazr's advice and stayed off the scale. Last week was bad for consistent workouts but I still got in 3 and just watched what I ate. Hopped on the scale Sunday just to see and was down to 203 which puts me down 5lbs from the start after holding the same weight for the first 2 weeks.

Looking good, you can definitely see a difference. You might be the upset in this competition. Keep it up!

You gained some size in the arms, you definitely gained some lats, got a v-taper going on much better than the 1st pic. Looks like the spare tire is what's killing you. Might be time to up the cardio, cut some calories somewhere.

Thanks man. After looking at the pics a few more times...my gut is where the real difference is. The gut and love handles are slowly melting away. I guess this damn diet is doing something after all. I guess I'll stick with it a little longer
