Do you still work out when you're sick?

If you feel like you're starting to get sick or you have a cold, do you still work out or take some time off and rest? Just curious what everyone does.

I go to the gym and push as hard I can. I seem to get over the cold pretty quick that way, and I don't feel like a bitch for not going to the gym.

Dallas news reports Tony Romo tried to commit suicide last night!

If its just a small cold i will go. If there is a fever or anything more serious than a cold i will not. Nothing i hate more than seeing some douche at the gym hacking and wiping his nose and then using the equipment.

I had a chest infection a couple of years ago and I didn't go to the gym during that time because I would cough all over everything.

I worked out once with a fever. That's the last time I'll ever do that. I passed out once in the gym and once walking to the car.

If its the flu....i rest, usually your body needs all its got to fight of the bug....working out will only tax your system even more.....so chill out from the gym....get better and back to lifting form then takes about 3-6 days to get going at full strength with sets....slow and easy wins that race....if you just have a lil cold...sometimes good hard workout gets it out of ya....or makes it even worse..haha
