I work out almost every day and I seem to be gaining muscle in my legs, which I don't need. What can I do that will not make me gain the muscle but will just help tone them??? I have been running any where from 4-5 miles every time I work out. I already have a muscular build so the last thing I need is more muscle.
Whatever leg exercises you're doing, you need to do less weight and more reps, that's the key to toning up.
