Ok, so my favorite areas to work are the ones that I need to improve the most. Right now, I am focusing on impoving my lat definition... Tons of heavy controlled DB rows, bent over BB rows, long neg pulldowns.
Which workouts are the ones I enjoy? Deadlift, squats, incline DB press.
