Triceps.

It's the strongest body part I have. I like getting under 275 on the bench and repping out 5-6 reverse grip bench presses.

I've gotten 295 for 4 before, I've never had the balls (or a spotter I trust) to try 315 reverse.

I didn't vote because I didn't like the "arms" option.

Shoulders are a close second. I'm pretty strong there too.

I love working my legs. Probably because I see more results there. Makes extra curriculer activities more fun!

I voted chest because it's probably the muscle group that is easiest/most enjoyable for me to work out, but you can't beat the kind of pump you can get in your arms, so I think arms would be a close second for me...

Ok, so my favorite areas to work are the ones that I need to improve the most. Right now, I am focusing on impoving my lat definition... Tons of heavy controlled DB rows, bent over BB rows, long neg pulldowns.

Which workouts are the ones I enjoy? Deadlift, squats, incline DB press.

Flat and incline DB/BB presses are my absolute favorite right now. Seems to change from month to moth depending on when/where gains are noticed.

I absolutely hate when my arms or chest are sore. It makes for taking care of everyday things a real pain. The only issues I have when my thighs are sore is sitting down in the restroom. Other than that I would much rather have sore legs than sore arms.

Man, this post is chock full o' possibilities, but I'll keep it clean

I've never tried a recovery shake, so I don't know how that would help. I'm good at stretching, that's how I have been able to maintain my flexibility over the years.

arms - specifically triceps. Triceps are always the first thing I notice about a man so I'm a lil obsessed with them.

cable pulldowns with fixed elbow position are a triceps exercise. Lat pulldowns are lat exercises.

He may be talking about reverse grip, palms facing you , with a straight bar, you pull the bar down, really nails the outer heads of the triceps and takes your wrists out of the equation so you don't use them to push the weight down at the end.

reverse neg benchpress' with a smith are fucking brutal. pull a flat bench under the smith machine... get a good spotter, do 2 sets of 10 @ 60% max to warm up, then 4 sets @ 80% to fail with a 6 second NEGATIVE and your spotter pulling the bar back up ... tell me how those triceps feel in 2 days

I had to re-edit my post, move to a weight that will fail your triceps in 10-14 reps for the working sets, somewhere in the 80% range of what you're currently doing of your skill crushers for 10 reps.

A good working set would be like 12 reps... fail, 6 reps... fail, 3 reps... fail, 2 reps... fail.

1. Deadlifts
2. Decline Bench-2 warm up sets then pyramid to 465 last set then back down to 2 plates for set of 10 plus what ever you got left ..long pause before the push up.
3. flat DB
4. Cable Pull downs...all grip's
5. Flat Bench Press

Go heavy weight with goood spotter.....Pyramid all heavy sets....put good pause on last rep on your sets...powerlifting does not give shit with out the steady pause....no pause no good lift....slow decline-pause-strong steady push up....good rep...haha
