running with pumas

been jogging in some puma trail shoes. they make a difference with no support, get a natural feel and the feet get to move and use muscles the way they are designed to. well got me a pair of Puma H streets saturday and man they are great. I dont see my self running in a "cast" style shoe again. you get a really better workout and no joint pain as long as i use the methods shown on the chi running and pose method and thats running on concrete
Looking to get some vibram five finger shoes soon. I think they sell them in Dallas/FtWorth area.
