I'm getting to damn old... NFL Combine..
I was watching some of the NFL Combine today while at the gym.
I saw some of the quarterbacks/recievers do the bench and the range was anywhere from 19 reps with 225 to the most of 25 reps.
I did 19 reps a few months ago, but I wasn't slamming it off my chest nor did I have a spotter.
It's crap like this that makes me realize that I'm getting up there. The weights seem to be getting heavier and I don't recover like I used to.
I think the best anyone got was a lineman who did 39 reps.
Anyone here do anything close to 39?
