I always enjoy a leg day that I can feel the entire week. I did legs on Thursday, and it's still hard for me to take normal steps right now...

You know I get this way to sometimes. Is it because I don't stretch enough or properly? I wish it would go away after a day or two.

Did mine Friday and I really don't want to stand up right now. I want to install a hand rail in my bathroom by the toilet for those days where DOMS is real bad, like today.

I did legs on Friday and my calves are kicking my ass right now. Haven't been able to take a normal step all weekend.

Tried to go for a run this afternoon to stretch them out a little bit, but it didn't do any good.

Dallas news reports Tony Romo tried to commit suicide last night!

Fortunately he dropped the gun and the bullet was intercepted!

stretching helps a ton, it also promotes more muscle growth to boot.

after a strong leg day, put your leg up on a table/rail whatever, and sink down into a deep hamstring stretch. hold it for 60 seconds. I'm talking a start sweating, grimacing, painful deep stretch. repeat for the other leg. It'll keep the muscle from cramping up and hurting so much (more blood flow to the worked muscle ) as well as rip up a bit more muscle fiber, giving you more growth and some added flexibility.

What kills me is you see guys stretching a full range of motion, then getting under weight and doing a half or "Robin" rep.....

Aside from the pain, I don't have enough articulation in my right ankle to bend into the squat position.
