My point is.. You still have to work out HARD. You still have to eat right..The only benefit is you can see your hard work sooner. You do lose some of the weight gained, you do get weaker when you are not on a cycle.
I dont know why people hate on people who are on juice.
If anything, I am jealous that I dont look like that.

out with them and I see how the strenth fluctuates when on and when off**
