How do I determine..
How do I determine how many calories a day I need/can cut without sending my body into shock or "starvation mode"?
I'm trying to put my game plan together here for maximum weight loss. I'm going to cardio my fat ass off with jogging, riding a bike and martial arts training. I have a home gym at home for weight lifting, it's not real heavy weight, but it's enough for some general toning I hope. But in doing all of this, I want to make sure I'm not making it difficult on myself by cutting too many, or not enough calories. As of right now, I'm 280lbs of that helps with the numbers.
