alright, i was told that if you're trying to lose weight, you shouldn't eat apples, but this doesn't sound right to me. I'm sure they're carbs, but i'd figure that would be "good" carbs?
if so, i'm going to have to find something else to eat between meals. I usually eat on of those little Gala Apples for a snack in the morning before lunch and around 4 before i eat my dinner when i get home at 6ish.
So, do i need to find another snack? I like almonds, but how much do i eat when snacking between meals?
