I do a chicken breast
lime/cilantro bake in a bag
baked on a sheet pan then coated with franks red hot sauce (best hot wing replacement ever)
make a sauce with some red curry paste, some skim milk, and lime juice, then stir fry it with a bunch of veggies
I still use Stangins Chicken noodle soup with an ass load of chicken breast added to it.
