I found a really awesome website for keeping track of diet. Some of you may have seen it before or are even registered but its new to me and thought id share. Ive been wanting to get back in the gym for a few months now and i think im ready to dedicate myself again. Ive always kept track of my diet and wrote everything down on paper. Well, this site is just the same just a lot more in detail and easy to use.
