I'm sure one of the other guys will chime in saying I'm wrong or whatever...

From what I understand, you eating at night before bed doesn't matter IF you eat healthy still. Fruit would be fine I guess, as would complex carbs, but if you're just eating junk food, then you're just screwed.

Are you trying to lose bodyfat? If so, i would not eat the fruit. Some people have a metabolism that can handle it, like Greg, and some don't. If you can't see your abs right now, don't eat the fruit. If you absolutely must eat the damn fruit though, eat it with a cup of fat free cottage cheese. It never hurts to pair fruit with a good protein.

I eat fruit all the time, including before bed.
I can attribute a lot of my weight loss to eating fruit.

That's a lot of freakin fruit. Like I said though, some can some can't. I used to eat fruit with my cottage cheese before bed, and when I cut out the fruit, I noticed I cut up a lot faster.

Yup, a simple sugar such as fructose is easily burnt off.
Same theory I use when comsuming natural fats.
