well i am going to hit the gym again... the hard part is what to eat that is healthy... well i am alittle weird i dont like alot of foods.. so its hard for me to eat healthy i like chicken just not on a bone... and no fish at all... so what are some things that i can eat thats fast... cuz some weeks i work like 60 to 70 hours aweek,,, just seeing what there is good to eat that can help you get in to shape... i will be in the gym 4 to 5 days a week for atleast an hour.... and suggestions thanks guys
Bake chicken breasts for the week on your day(s) off, most veggies can just be thrown in the microwave, fruit and trail mix for snacks, protein powder in a container just add water and shake... there are tons of ways to prepare, it's all about how dedicated you are.
My fav is browning turkey and throwing it in the fridge. Morning comes I throw some in a skillet, add some eggs/egg beaters mix it all up and put it on a whole wheat tortilla or wrap, top w/ salsa and low fat cheese. Add a banana or some other fruit, it just takes a few minutes for a light breakfast.
