I need some help in the weights section of my workout. I do a lot of cardio but I need some good exercises I can do that target my inner thighs, butt, love handles, arms and shoulders/back! I don't want to get buff... but I want to be more tone. Like I said I do cardio every dang day but I need to work out the rest of my body with some weights. My stomach is fine since I do crunches every day before I go to sleep.
