Well I have decided to do my own 30 day challange to get back into some sort of workout habits. So have been getting on the tread mill for the past couple of days. And about half way through my cycle my upper body starts itching really bad mainly my sides. Why is it doing this??
Could be your shirt, sweat, or even if you are taking some kind of fat burner/energy pill or drink. Those redline extreme drinks will make you itch like your wearing wool if you drink the whole bottle.
