Post Wanna get back in Shape

I am looking to get back into my Prime, I use to workout 6 days a week and probley stay in the gym from about 2 to 3 hours, BUT after working for a retail store that my shift ALWAYS change and are never the same, its hard for me to get in the gym, AND to put icing on the cake, my damn gym cheated me out of money. Right now i just need to get back into it but i'm not looking for another scam on a POS gym. But i do need some advice about supplements and maybe some good workouts, i am not that much into losing weight because i just lost muscle since working this retail job. right now i weigh 216lbs and i use to weigh 226lbs and i took magnadole/Trn-X,NO Explode, whey protine. I live in the Denton Area so if you know any good gyms please let me know, and any advice.

P.S
if you also know any good MMA gyms in Denton, please let me know.
