to start doin some kind of working out. it is starting to get pretty dang cold out and i think i will start doing the walking in place thing, jumping jacks some sit-ups and that type of stuff. last night i messed up. i jogged in place for about 10 minutes and afterwards, i was having a hard time breathing and felt like my diaphram got bruised
im so far outta shape it's pathetic. i may just throw some clothes on and go for a walk in the cold, might stay warm from the walking.
