I made it around White Rock Lake today..

I made it all the way around white rock lake today, man i am tired too!

I ate like shit yesterday and I felt really bad, so this morning I made myself run all the way around the damn lake.. Wasnt that bad, I will do it again next week!

Who is coming with me?

I thought I recognized a face off this board towards the end of my run...

How is that for cardio? I wonder how many calories I burned?

I think it's about 9.5 miles. My wife runs it all the time so it's nothing impressive to me.

For real, that's awsome bro. My days of long distance were left in the Marines. haha

The first time I tried, I had a girl with me, We did about a 1/4 of it. Today, I woke up and went alone, I got shin splints within the first 20 minutes, however, I kept going and they kinda went away.... The second half was easy and I ran most of it.

Your wife is a bad ass!

I dont really do long distance either, My ADHD keeps me off of the treadmills, 1st shiny thing that passes by and I am off that sucker. Thats the reason white rock is good for me...

Alright, I did this in one sitting. I went with two buddies saturday morning to conroe to pick up a 01 GTS, on the way back we stop at jack in the box..I said fuck it, cheat day, ANd I am going to cheat BIG.. SO I ate the following.

1- Bacon Cheeseburger
2-Tacos
1- Bacon tater cheddar wedges
3-Stuffed Jalapenos
1-Egg Roll
I topped all that off with milk and cookies

I WAS STILL HUNGRY AFTER ALL THAT!!!!!!!

Forget that! Why run when you got 2 wheels!? You ever try cycling/mounting biking for cardio? And I don't mean stationary.

I didn't mean it like that. I just can't sit in a room and stare at the walls. I'm sure it's a helluva workout.

That's fine but it is boring as fuck. I will do the Sunday 12pm-5pm occasional spin while watching NFL when I need the hours but mountain biking is the shit and road cycling comes in a close second to MTB.
