Cardio with Layers of Clothes, Safe?
I know that fighters will wear multiple layers of clothes when they are trying to cut weight.
Is this a safe or effective practice to wear a couple layers of sweats for daily cardio workouts assuming I drink enough water?
P.S. I bought the P90X program a while back and while it is great, I don't have time for an hour and a half work out every day. What I am doing is the Cardio-X DVD each night which is only 45 minutes and still utilizes segments of workouts from each of the other videos all in one. If you can buy them separate and need a good cardio DVD, get the P90X Cardio-X disc.
