Well I've had a really busy schedule, so I haven't been able to workout like I need to now that I am taking the Halovar. I haven't taken it everyday, but only on the days I think I will hit the gym. I should be getting back into a good routine now that football and softball seasons are coming to an end.
Now to the business. I actually got into the gym for a real workout. I felt like I got a great pump while working out. I was doing back and bi's and started out on my normal routine and weight. I could tell really quick that the weight was a little on the light side so I started going a little heavier on everything. It seemed as though I could have just kept working out all night if I had the time. My fatigue level was no where near what it normally is. I still felt like I could do more at the end, but I had to get to my softball game. LOL!
So I said all that to say, so far I am very impressed.
One question I still have is, should I be taking this everyday, or only on workout days?
