I'm still down 12lbs from being 191 where I started. Due to a pinched nerve in my neck I haven't been able to lift, the doctor told me very light activity for 4 weeks along with the physical thearpy every friday. 2 more weeks of it and I should be good to go... hopefully.

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

I haven't lost any weight. Still right around 205. Haven't really lost strength either though.

I have been busier with work than I thought I could be. LOTS of time on the road. Airplanes, rental cars, hotels, working 70 hour weeks on salary with zero overtime pay... it's frustrating as hell.

Then I get home for a few days at a time and get to the gym once or twice but I can't run and can't bike as often as I'd like b/c my knee is messed up.

Knee surgery is next Friday (10/24) and then I'm back on the road for a few days finishing up a project in Midland starting 10/29 I'm hoping it might calm down a bit during Q4 and I'll be able to get back on the bike and rehab the knee.

Motherfuckingshitballscrapbastard. Did I mention I was frustrated

Still down 30-40 lbs or so from where I started, and still haven't put any muscle on since.

However, all of the drinking I'm doing is starting to take its toll

I've never had one before and I'm not used to how it feels . First day it was shooting type of pains and a couple days later it was numbness. Went to the doc cause I've never experienced anything like that. Some of the numbness goes down into my arm and hand. I probably just didn't stretch well enough. I'll finish what I started with the Tri-Lean and probably start a whole new cycle of it since I had to cut out some activity.

I think a big change in the diet has been the biggest factor. I'm cooking alot more healthier food rather then eating out, I've cut back on the sugar intake quite a bit, and I'm drinking water 90% of the time. I'd still like to cut another 10lbs or so before I start trying to bulk.

Well, let's see

January of this year: 315
Now: 268

January of this year: Size 40 pants
Now: 36 inch waist

January: Couldn't do 1 mile on the treadmill without being winded at 3.5mph
Now: did 2 miles at 4mph and barely broke a sweat

January: Ate and drank like royalty
Now: Haven't had fast food, other than breakfast, but maybe 4 times in the last 4 months

All in all I have a long way to go, but with the help of Adam, Greg, my roommate Neal, and this board, I will never go back to being a fat ass again. I'm not there, but everyday I tell myself, get a good look because this is the last time you're going to look like this

Thanks again to you all.

Goal is to be 250 by November, then 240 by New Years.

You're only as strong as you allow yourself to be...

I really don't know when you guys started this transformation, but I'll join in.

5'10" tall mind you:

11/07: 227 lbs, 40" waist, had not worked out in over 3 years

10/08: 164 lbs, 33" waist, ride 50-75 miles per week now

Didn't compete, but did start in when the contest got under way... I'm still on the path of not really loosing very much poundage and gaining a tremendous amount of strength from where I was when I first started. I've hit a plateu at this point that I'm trying to work through, but being able to easily bench far past my bodyweight is enough satisfaction to keep me motivated for now.
My work has a gym. I go down during my lunch (4 days a week), am able to lift for 45min and then do 15 minutes of cardio. Not sure if I've hit a wall and have to start training longer to get over this lul in trying to gain strength?

I haven't stepped foot in a gym in a month and a half, and my left leg is a little over half the size it was before the accident. I'm gonna have some badass before/after pics once I start walking again.

You wanna hear something pathetic? I'm 5'9 181 and benched more than my body weight for the first time today.

But I've had a 31" waist since 8th grade.

wheni started i was around 220. i lost those 20 lbs thanks to the all the lifting and moving i do at work; plus the hot weather helped out alot. ive been stuck at 200 ever since. i kind of slacked of on the exercise as work got slower. funny i still drink alot of beer but i dont eat fast food as much as i used too. i still stay at 200. still try to watch what i eat, its hard but im used to it now. none of my buddies believe im at 200, lol its funny. two years ago i was at 250 i have noticed a difference because some pants and shorts are really loose on me. ive made a commitment that this will be my last year drinking. my new years resolution for next year. staying sober.....for good. ill just use the rest of the year to slack off but i will not go off and gain 20lbs. oh and cut down alot and get some muscle.

I'm down to 1 or 2 hydrocodone a day, and the big faciotomoy (the cuts along my calf) is finally closing up, so I should be back to work here soon. I figure that as soon as I can stand to be at work for 8 hours, it's time to be at least hitting upper body again, though I don't wanna know how bad my strength has been affected.

Should be "fun" to see how quickly it all comes back. If there was ever an argument for test supplementation, I'm looking at it.

Hey Greg, wanna start another contest in a couple weeks? I think I gotta chance at this one

I was at a fat 198lbs in April. 17.5% BF

Got down to 178lbs 12.5% BFwith a good diet and cardio in 9 weeks. Bulked back up to 198lbs hitting the weights hard and talking supplements and a stack.

Been slacking on teh gym lately but I am holding at 190lbs and looking a lot better!

Thanks again and always to Greg for all teh help and suopport. I will be back busting it up in the gym soon. Personal life and football season have been limiting myself lifting, but I am making great strides!

I'm 6ft. tall. One year ago I weighed 150-153 lbs. I quit smoking/drinking and started lifting and eating. Got up to 180 or so. Hit a plateau. Hit epol/halovar stack from Greg in June and got up to 210. Fell back down to 197 but am now in week 4 of Trnx/Magnadrol and am up to almost 220.

When I started lifting I had trouble repping 135 on bench....now I rep 245. Squats went from nonexistent to 405 for reps. Deadlift to 315 for reps. Biceps went from laughable to independent preacher dumbell curls at 50lbs. Went from 15 inch arms to 19 inches. Waist went from 30 to 32. I feel great and get tons of enjoyment out of watching my progress as well as the progress of the guys I lift with.

Holy Shat! Your bigger than me now.

Just checked... mine are 14" ... while flaccid.

Are you supposed to measure them right after working them?

24 HR 35 and western center. 19 inches when flexed measured at the widest point. The majority of the size in my arms comes from my tris though...not the bi.

I didn't flex, lol. I have no idea what I'm doing I guess. My tris are much bigger than my biceps too. Both are little.
